When artists become chefs

There is a school of thought here in Yogyakarta that anybody can be an artist. Same applies to chefs. In the spirit of the democratisation of food, the annual Yogyakarta Arts Festival (FKY) hosted ‘Cut & Remix: Live Cooking  Project’ involving Yogya’s big name artists, including our friends Arya Pandjalu and Theresia Sitompul.
