TEMPE BURGER w AVO, RUCOLA, FETA
Jon’s been experimenting with tempe burgers recently. I have voted this my favourite so far. Using all local and organic ingredients, its defining feature is the delicious nutty tempe that comes wrapped in banana-leaf to preserve the taste. The black-pepper rolled feta is from Boyolali organic farmers co-op; the rucola is from a local organic farmer by the name of Budi (new post on him coming SOON); and the wholemeal bread roll is from a local bakery called Hani’s Bakery.
